SFBAYESTATES.COM'S COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
What Information Is Collected by SFBayEstates.com
When you register for a SFBayEstates.com account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information that will be stored in your SFBayEstates.com "profile." As described below, the amount of information requested may vary depending on the type of user (agent, agency, service consumer), but the SFBayEstates.com profile contains, at a minimum, the following information: (1) e-mail address, (2) first and last name, (3) street address, (4) state and (5) ZIP code or postal code. It may also contain (6) additional personal characteristics, such as phone numbers, secondary addresses, languages spoken, (7) data specific to services request, such as loan package reference numbers, borrower information, lender information, signing dates and times, order status and payment details. (8) SFBayEstates.com also logs individual sign-ins for the purpose of ensuring the efficiency and security of the SFBayEstates.com service.
SFBAYESTATES.COM'S USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For the SFBayEstates.com Realtors®, tax preparer and mobile notary public, items (1) through (6) will be available via the SFBayEstates.com Web Site agent to view unless otherwise designated. This enables us to customize search and services to meet the individual user needs. The information available for agents is administered by the SFBayEstates.com Web Site.
For all other users (service consumers), items (1) through (6) will not be disclosed in a public directory format. It may, however, be available to other SFBayEstates.com agents with whom the selected user has a relationship. For example, certain signing agency information, such as billing addresses or terms, may only be available to mobile notaries who have entered into an agency agreement with said company.
Finally, information pertaining to services rendered will be available to parties directly involved in the delivery of the service. This is to include the, Realtors®, mobile notary public (agent), the signing agency or closing company (agency). Consider the following example:
(1) Larry Lending Company sells a loan in San Francisco , CA ,
(2) They contact Speedy Closings to handle the loan package,
(3) Speedy Closings contacted the SFBayEstates.com and would like us to handle the closing, and initiates a Signing,
(4) Our Agent views the order request in SFBayEstates.com, completes the closing, and logs the details in SFBayEstates.com.
In the above scenario, all three of the principal participants would have visibility to the order and its status within SFBayEstates.com: Larry Lending Company, Speedy Closing and the Agent.
Except to the extent that a subscription to the SFBayEstates.com service provides access to certain user information described herein, SFBayEstates.com will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
SFBayEstates.com will not use or share your personal information in a manner that differs from what is described in this Privacy Statement without your prior consent.
