$150 (regardless of mileage) Identification Required For Notarizations: Each signer must either present a valid and current photo ID as a drivers license, California ID, US Military Identification card or passport issued within the last 5 years. You will also need to have the document or documents with you that need to be notarized. Documents I DO NOT Notarize: Incomplete documents, wills, copies of birth, death or marriage records, documents signed outside my presence, copies of any documents (except Powers of Attorney & Document Custodian), photographs, faxed or copied signatures. Certified copies of birth, fetal death, death, and marriage records must be made only by the State Registara and County Recorders' office. Notarization of Mortgage Documents Basic Loan Document signing/notarization $55-$250** Email, Fax or Digital Loan Documents $110-$150** (includes 1 copy of documents for signer) **Fees are estimated only. Minimum fee charged is $55. Fees include a travel fee in addition to a notarization fee and may vary. Loan document size and distance traveled are all taken into consideration. |
